No drugs / smoke
The use of any drug is NOT allowed inside the studio or close to the property. Also it is forbidden to smoke in the studio, directly in front of the house, on the curb or staircase.
Damages policy
We try hard to keep our suite in excellent condition and we expect normal wear and tear. You are responsible for damage to furnishings including spills, burns, stains, lost keys etc. Should your damage require the suite to be out of service, you will be responsible for any lost rentals. Please report damage as you are checking out and we can do a quick estimate. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it.
Sorry, no pets
Unfortunately pets are not welcome.
No loud noises or parties
No loud noises or parties. In case we need to cancel the stay due to drugs, parties, loud noises, extra guests etc. there is no refund. Moreover, a fee will apply for the damage done.
No groups, no non-registered guests
We do not allow groups (friends). Families with (young) childeren are welcome. Also 2 adults are welcome to stay. Also, note that non-registered guests are not allowed. In case you do not comply with these rules the stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
