The location is just perfect, Keizersgracht, between the Spiegelgracht and the Leidsestraat. Within walking distance you will find museums, shops, restaurants but also beautiful parks and playgrounds.
You will be able to relax & unwind in a spacious studio suitable for 4 persons (2 adults & 2 childeren under the age of 18) with an ensuite.
This spacious, family friendly, apartment/studio (4 persons) is located within walking distance of all Amsterdam has to offer. The state monument has a rich history. It was built in 1670, holds key elements from that period, but also modern elements (large windows) a design from the 70th can be seen.
There is a water cooker, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and other items you may need for a quick bite. The studio is easy accessible (only two small steps down from outside the house, not being an Amsterdam style staircase!).
The studio is located in the souterrain (street-level floor / ground level) of our house.
In case you stay with 2 adults you can use bikes storage for 2 bikes (electrical or pedal-bikes) inside the studio.
We are a family of four (five if you include our dog). Our children were born here in Amsterdam and love this city. We have lived in many other places around the world (including the US, UK and Australia). Also, as a family, we have travelled to various countries, including Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland. Now that the children are older it was time for a new challenge. KG House was set up in 2019/2020 and we look forward to welcome you!
